1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (Terms) form a legally binding agreement between you and CloverDaily (we, us, our). By accessing or using our website and any related pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the site. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the site and that they have reviewed these Terms with you. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors using hockey and skating information and for ensuring equipment and training choices are appropriate.

2. Service description

CloverDaily provides educational content about ice hockey and skating for beginners and recreational participants. This includes learning modules, fundamental skill explanations, practice drill ideas, equipment education, and community-oriented guidance intended to support safe learning and positive sports culture.

The site does not provide professional coaching services, medical advice, physiotherapy services, or any guarantee of athletic outcomes. Content is general and may not be suitable for every person, age group, fitness level, or rink environment. You are responsible for selecting training activities that match your experience and for following local rink rules and supervision requirements.

We may update, remove, or add content over time. We may also change site features, navigation, or availability, including temporary suspension for maintenance and security reasons.

3. User obligations

You agree to use CloverDaily responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the site in any way that could harm other users, disrupt the site, or interfere with our ability to provide educational content.

If CloverDaily offers optional sign-up, registration interest, or community contact features (for example, workshop interest on the community page), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for any activity performed through your submissions or any account features that may be introduced in the future.

You agree not to impersonate another person or organisation, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading. You also agree not to attempt to bypass security features, access non-public areas, or interfere with consent choices related to cookies and tracking.

4. Intellectual property

5. Prohibited activities

To protect the community and platform reliability, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate any regulation.
• Attempt to hack, probe, or test the vulnerability of the site, servers, or related systems.
• Upload or transmit malware, scripts, or code designed to damage or disrupt services.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data at scale without our permission, including automated collection of email addresses or identifiers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law.
• Send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or misuse any contact mechanism for marketing not requested by the recipient.
• Impersonate coaches, clubs, or organisations, or falsely claim endorsement.
• Interfere with cookie consent settings or attempt to force tracking technologies on users without proper consent.
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access as described in section 13.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

CloverDaily is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of educational content for your individual circumstances. Ice sports involve risks, and you are responsible for assessing your readiness, using properly fitted protective equipment, and obtaining appropriate instruction or medical clearance where needed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloverDaily, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site is limited to the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months for the relevant service, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation where such exclusions are not permitted.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloverDaily and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; or (d) your unlawful conduct.

9. Third-party links

The site may reference third-party products, services, or general resources in an educational context. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. If you choose to engage with any third-party service, you do so at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

10. Privacy

11. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Dublin, Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

12. Dispute resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days before starting court proceedings. Provide a clear description of the issue and any relevant details so we can review it promptly.

If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the courts identified in section 11.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the site in a way that could harm other users or our services.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, Dispute resolution, and Contact.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after the updated Terms are posted on this page. If you continue to use the site after the effective date, you agree to the updated Terms.

If changes are material, we may also provide an additional notice on the homepage. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
